Luxury Villas in Turkey

While the sea view wasn't as spectacular as it appears in the photos, it was a lovely villa in other respects. The owner was attentive and very friendly. Cleanliness was good, and the household items were adequate and clean. You can reach Kalkan beach in 13-14 minutes. Besides that, there are markets, liquor stores, and many food options nearby. It was a pleasant and enjoyable stay for a family, and we are sure we will choose it again.

Stayed at Villa Bella 3 Lale

It was one of 4-5 villas owned by the family, located in a large walled area within the village. It was a peaceful 9 days filled with the sounds of birds chirping. The stated check-in time was late and check-out time was early. This meant we missed a day, but we went knowing and accepting this. We had no problems. The household items were of very good quality, sufficient, and clean. Everything you need is available. The location is as described. They even send a link via the Maps app, plus directions. We hit the mark perfectly. You can reach the center in 15 minutes by car. You can reach the local market in 5 minutes and chain supermarkets in 8 minutes. It was a very enjoyable and relaxing holiday for us. The pool is quite large. We used it not only for cooling off and relaxing but also for swimming. It was sufficient. I generally don't use jacuzzis at any place I stay, but I wanted to try one here, and I had no bad experience. There was no unpleasant smell or dirt that comes out when you first turn it on. In short, we had a wonderful holiday. We would choose it again.

Stayed at Villa Meadow Rose

We stayed in the top-floor, three-story villa with a large pool from August 19th to 26th, 2026. Check-in with Cemal Bey went smoothly. The villa is very spacious, well-equipped, and offers a beautiful view, especially in the evenings. Important: The access road is very steep and narrow – a powerful car is recommended. Parking is only possible for about three small cars, and there is also a small neighboring house right next to the villa. Kalkan can be reached in about 10 minutes, Patara Beach in about 40 minutes, and Ölüdeniz/Fethiye in about 1 hour and 40 minutes. There is room for improvement regarding cleanliness: The pool was cloudy upon arrival and, in our opinion, was not cleaned regularly; we experienced minor skin irritations, but a connection is not certain. The bathrooms drained poorly. Only one of the four stovetop burners worked. Furthermore, the door to the rear barbecue area could not be locked and remained unlocked even during our absence.
