Unfortunately, due to your stay coinciding with a transitional period when the season was just beginning, we experienced some shortcomings in our team planning at that time. This was particularly reflected in cleaning, outdoor area maintenance, and some technical issues. All the issues you mentioned (garden equipment, jacuzzi maintenance, water and kitchen equipment, etc.) have been taken into consideration and have now been fully resolved, and our property is completely ready for the season.
