We, the Mamon family, have been operating in the villa rental industry for 14 years. We generally provide services to guests with a high standard of quality. We take reservations and provide service based on the expectations of our guests, or we fail to respond positively to their requests due to these expectations. They were not honored to be guests at our villa because the booking agent failed to address their requests or misrepresented the guests themselves and their requests. During the welcome process, they were given the necessary warnings and explained the house rules. However, they caused a disturbance with noise until 2:00 a.m. and caused unacceptable damage to the villa, including breaking glasses, tearing the covers off garden furniture, and causing inhumane damage to the bathrooms. As a result, the damage deposit was deducted to cover or replace the damaged items. These individuals, dissatisfied with this practice and driven by revenge, are only aiming to conduct a smear campaign. If more than a certain number of people visit a villa, resort, or simply your own home and make noise, your neighbors will eventually react. These people, who booked for nine people but increased the number to 14, caused damage to the environment and the house, but they were unwilling to bear the consequences. When forced to do so, they wrote primitive comments motivated by revenge. Legal action will be taken against them for attempting to tarnish our villa's commercial reputation. Sincerely, Mamon Group
