Unfortunately, our experience hosting Mansur was not very positive. On the first day, the refrigerator had an unexpected fault, and although we immediately arranged a technician, provided a replacement fridge the same evening, and even purchased a brand-new fridge the next morning, the guest was not cooperative. They exaggerated the situation by claiming large amounts of food were spoiled, although in reality they only had a few items, which we helped store safely. Communication was not transparent, and their approach felt unfair.We would not recommend hosting Mansur again.
